Following the sudden loss of my teenage son Donna and Brian have been amazing in the support and care shown to us. His celebration of life was exactly as we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for my son, myself and our family. From the moment we walked through the doors of Bridee Whyte, Donna and Brian felt like family. They helped us through a very difficult time in such a personal way that I’ll never forget and I will be forever grateful for everything that they did for my family. Navigating organising a funeral whilst also grieving such a special person sounds extremely daunting and scary, but Donna and Brian alleviated every worry and concern and helped sort everything for us to give my Mum the most amazing send off that she deserved.

Donna cared for my Mum exceptionally, and it was a huge relief to know she was in the best hands and being looked after with the utmost care. Donna also checked in with us regularly too. Such a lovely and warm person to talk to through it all.

Brian curated such a bespoke celebration of life, and took the time to sit down and chat with us to learn all about Mum and how special she was. Nothing was too much of an ask, and they were more than happy to make as many suggestions a reality for us as possible. Encouraging and supporting us with our own additions to the service also. I know deep in my heart that my Mum would have loved the celebration, and she would have loved Donna and Brian too.

I cannot recommend Bridee Whyte highly enough. They displayed fantastic professionalism throughout the whole process and delivered exactly what had been agreed in a most caring and thoughtful manner. Donna & Brian were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we met and checked in on how we were doing throughout the whole process. We love their uplifting approach to funerals, rather than focusing on what is already a sad time and instead making it a celebration of life. Where do you start when you need to find a funeral home for your loved one.
I was fortunate that my husband and I were able to talk about this beforehand.

We knew what we didn't want but wasn't sure what we did.

Our main concerns were for our grandchildren but they were fine.
Bridee and Whyte ticked every box for us
We were all very relaxed, no time restrictions and having the wake there made everything uncomplicated.
The celebration of life with lots of family input reminding us of how lucky we were to have such a wonderful loving man in our lives.
